Le Récap is an independent project, published under the name Foxtaming by a private individual not registered as a business to date. The site sells nothing: it only collects waitlist sign-ups. Contact: contact@lerecap.app. These notices will be completed (identity, legal status, registration number) when the service opens.

Hosting

Site hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Waitlist data hosted in the European Union (Supabase).

Waitlist privacy

Data collected: your email address (and language), only to inform you about Le Récap's launch. Legal basis: your consent (voluntary sign-up). Retention: until launch + 12 months, or your unsubscription. Recipients: no third parties beyond our technical processors (Supabase, EU database; Vercel, hosting; PostHog, EU analytics). Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection): write to contact@lerecap.app. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

AI transparency

Documents produced by Le Récap are AI-generated and marked as such, visibly and in their metadata (EU AI Act, art. 50). They are study and synthesis aids, can contain errors, and replace neither official course material nor professional advice.
